Brooks Herring is a Navy Veteran and multi-genre singer-songwriter in Nashville, TN. Brooks is known for his versatile voice and eclectic musical style, with lyrics born from his life experiences and service in the military. Brooks performs live across the country, entertaining crowds as a solo act and fronting the band SellOut. He has opened for national acts including Chris Janson, Blanco Brown, Breland, Love & Theft, and others. Outside of music, Brooks practices as a Physical Therapist and dedicates a great deal of time advocating for veterans recovering from combat trauma.

"I come from humble beginnings in Conway, SC. I quit guitar lessons as a kid because it was too hard. One day I felt a burning desire to pick it up again, and deployments were the perfect time to practice. I sing, I write, and I cover music from every genre and generation. Most of the time, it’s just me and my guitar. I play from the heart. What I feel, I sing. Hope a few others can feel it with me."
